Timbers Won’t Increase Season Ticket Prices
August 28th, 2012 by Kelly McLain
The Portland Timbers announced today that there will not be any price increase for season ticket plans for the 2013 season.
“Despite our affordable ticket prices and significant demand, the club will not be raising season ticket prices for the second straight year,” Timbers president Merritt Paulson said in a club statement. “This season has been frustrating for all of us and our decision to once again keep prices steady is in the best interest of our long-term relationship with our fans.”
The Timbers currently have 14,750 season tickets allotted and a waiting list of over 7,500. Renewals for current season ticket holders get underway this week.
